- Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
- He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.

- Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
- We are inviting application from the only eligible who has experienced with a similar job (Ready Mix Concrete) in a similar industry minimum of 10 to 15 years.
- This is a full-time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

- Supervise factory manager and ensure that factory targets are met.
- Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
- Screening recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control products.
- Ensure factory machinery in good working order. analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Inspect finished products to determine if they meet established quality standards.
- Responsible to handle Plant operation as per Production Budget.
- To follow up with the RMC sales team.
- Search & collect raw materials for smooth production.
- Ensure timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
- Possess general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
- Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment.
- Ensure statutory compliance & maintain excellent relationships with Local Stakeholders and Govt. office.
- Ensure operations with application process and procedures.
- Cost Optimization through effective deployment of resources.
- Perform special assignments from Management time to time.
