Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 55 years
- Minimum 07 years of experience in manufacturing industry with at least 05 years in a senior leadership role.
- Knowledge of modern and updated production management techniques.
- Strong team building, leadership, decision-making and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations of the factory, including production, maintenance, quality control and supply chain management.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, raw materials) to meet production targets.
- Monitor production KPIs (efficiency yield, downtime etc.) and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and manage the factory’s annual budget, including cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Plan and implement capacity expansions or process improvements based on market demands.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards as specified by the company and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to address defects, customer complaints and non-conformance issues and take initiatives remedies for QA findings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety through training, audits and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead, motivate and mentor factory staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Oversee workforce planning, including hiring, training, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication & implementation of company policies to ensure good industrial relations & a safe working environment.
- Training development to ensure continuous improvement of productivity & maintain quality.
- Check daily production variance report & take action accordingly together with Production In-Charge to reduce the unfavorable variance as much as possible.
- Reset production target based on actual production situation.
- Arranging a weekly or bi-weekly meeting with all departments heads to make better team spirit so that can take challenge of any difficult situation.
