- Oversee the design and creation of high-quality Jacquard narrow fabrics with a focus on technical feasibility and manufacturability.
- Develop and implement innovative product strategies aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues in fabric design and production.
