• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee the entire production process from the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure efficiency minimum 90% , productivity, and quality control.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production output.
• Monitor and supervise day-to-day factory operations, ensuring adherence to production targets.
• Manage raw material planning, production scheduling, and inventory control for uninterrupted supply.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
• Ensure consistent monitoring of product quality to maintain high industry standards.
• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve plant efficiency and lifespan.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product integrity.
• Ensure an efficient supply chain process to maintain a constant flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to optimize costs and lead times.
• Foster coordination across all departments for smooth factory operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Drive innovation and automation initiatives for process optimization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production and factory management teams.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on production efficiency, factory performance, and challenges.
• Carry out management instructions as required, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
