Responsibilities & Context
1.Participated in Production Daily Meeting working together with involved areas and their managers, responsible for:
a. Production Results from the day before.
b. Day Production Plan and Forecast.
c. Priorities, aging.
d. Corrective and Preventive Actions.
e. Productions Strategies.
f. Conversions & Reworks.
g. Materials Status.
2.Communicate all the key indicators from the area (WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Materials Delays, and Maintenance Status, Indiscipline, Asset Risks, Corrective actions, etc.).
3.Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
4.Responsible to ensure that the staffs are under clear and specific targets.
5.Complies and ensure that the staff met production targets established in the job descriptions.
6.Collaborate with engineering, materials, production, and maintenance areas in the resolution of any issue that may impact production.
7.Works in manufacturing continuous improvement to be more flexible and efficient.
8.Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
9.Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
10.Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
11.Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
12.Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
13.Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.
14.Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
15.Responsible for without breakdown maintenance of various machines.
16.Troubleshooting and fabrication of mechanical equipment and performs repair under close supervision.
17.Testing of HV/LV circuit break/starter, neutral earthling resister/Fuses, Inspect termination of Effective utilization of spare parts, materials etc. for electrical installation of equipment.
18.Supervision & monitoring of Electro – Mechanical works.
19.Produce finished goods in accordance with quality standers service.
20.Establish and enforce proper mechanical methods, polices & principles for production.
