Summary

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc)
ISO Lead Auditor certification or similar is preferred.
Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Livestock, Amusement Park

Additional Requirements

Develop and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all manufacturing units.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality standards, procedures, and policies in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant certifications).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
Lead audits and inspections, both internal and external, and ensure readiness for buyer and third-party audits.
Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization by training and mentoring staff on quality standards and best practices.
Liaise with customers and suppliers to address quality-related concerns and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in quality management and implement new technologies and processes as necessary.
Prepare and manage the quality department’s budget, ensuring resources are effectively utilized.
