Experience in QA or Product R&D is encouraged to apply.
Lead Auditor certification on ISO 9001:2015, Lean Six Sigma black belt certification may add values.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance Standard practice in Home Appliances Product manufacturing.
Ensuring Quality Management System practice according to ISO 9001:2015 standard.
To be expert on data analysis to identify and resolve production quality issues using QC tools and techniques and other statistical tools like MSA, SPC etc.
Develop Quality strategy & planning to ensure continuous improvement and to achieve quality targets.
Responsible for managing materials PSI, IQC and OQC jobs to ensure 100% defect free product delivery.
To perform supplier quality audit and to evaluate supplier performance according to quality parameters.
All the QA related jobs for new product development to ensure successful product launching.
To manage material and product reliability tests according to product specifications and SOPs.
Performs quality audits and reports findings to the Honorable Management.
To train employees to perform efficiently, to be good on process based root cause analyzer and problem solver.
As per management instructions related to quality.
Market visit and service Quality related jobs.
