Responsibilities & Context

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality, affordable medicines. As we expand and strengthen our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality Operations to lead our Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Product Development (PD) teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the QA, QC, and PD functions to ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement quality systems and policies that support efficient product development and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timely and effective investigation and resolution of quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Supervise new product development, from formulation to scale-up, ensuring quality standards are met throughout.
• Lead audits and inspections (internal, external, and regulatory) and ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Review and approve key quality documents including validation protocols, batch records, and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on quality goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality mindset, and accountability across all departments.
