- Master’s in any discipline from any reputed University.
- Very organized and possess physical fitness to travel extensively
- Very good communication, presentation and motivational skills.
- Excellent track record in current & previous roles.
- Computer skill: MS Office
- Should have sound analytical & sales administrative skill
Responsibilities & Context
- Sales Performance optimization: Develop sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned region under the guidance and supervision of National Sales Manager, Pharma.
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies for sales teams, in line with organizational goals and market trends to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth.
- Team Management: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team across the region; Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Zone Management: Effectively allocate resources; set zone-wise sales targets and monitor sales performance across different zones within the region to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including graduate/non-graduate doctors, doctor-cum-chemists to enhance market penetration and sales objectives.
- Compliance assurance: Ensure that all Zonal Heads and their team members adhere to the company’s policies, office orders and SOPs across the region.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough field visits to analyze pharma trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics; identify opportunities, threats, and emerging market segments for business growth, and provide update to Management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Reports: Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly sales and other reports as an when required and give feedback to the National Sales Manager, Pharma.
