  • At least 2 years working experiences as the 3rd line Manager in the Pharmaceutical sales.
  • Master’s in any discipline from any reputed University.
  • Very organized and possess physical fitness to travel extensively
  • Very good communication, presentation and motivational skills.
  • Excellent track record in current & previous roles.
  • Computer skill: MS Office
  • Should have sound analytical & sales administrative skill

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Performance optimization: Develop sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned region under the guidance and supervision of National Sales Manager, Pharma.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies for sales teams, in line with organizational goals and market trends to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth.
  • Team Management: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team across the region; Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and productivity.
  • Zone Management: Effectively allocate resources; set zone-wise sales targets and monitor sales performance across different zones within the region to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including graduate/non-graduate doctors, doctor-cum-chemists to enhance market penetration and sales objectives.
  • Compliance assurance: Ensure that all Zonal Heads and their team members adhere to the company’s policies, office orders and SOPs across the region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough field visits to analyze pharma trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics; identify opportunities, threats, and emerging market segments for business growth, and provide update to Management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Reports: Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly sales and other reports as an when required and give feedback to the National Sales Manager, Pharma.
