- Proven track record of leading innovative washing process development.
- Expertise in washing techniques, chemical formulations, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Relevant training or certifications in washing processes or sustainability.
Responsibilities & Context
- Spearhead research and innovation to enhance washing techniques, improving product quality and efficiency.
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new washing processes and optimize existing ones.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex issues in the washing process to ensure seamless operations.
- Champion sustainability by ensuring washing processes comply with environmental and industry standards (e.g., ZDHC).
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to align R&D with business goals.
- Mentor and train team members to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
