Responsibilities & Context

We are a leading fintech company providing comprehensive system integration services, electronic payment solutions, network and communications solutions, as well as implementation and maintenance services. Our clients include banks and financial institutions, telecom operators, enterprise customers, government organizations, law enforcement and defense organizations, and broadcast and multimedia companies in Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to drive our growth and expand our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for FSI: POS, ATM, Bio, QR etc.
  • Formulate all marketing, sales and budget plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in FSI, POS, ATM, Bio, QR etc. and achieve the sales and budget target given by the company.
  • Monitoring the market trends and studying the sales data to determine the present sales, revenue and expenses reports to forecast the competitor analysis for FSI, POS, ATM, Bio, QR etc.
  • Design and build sales strategy plans to promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and enhance companies’ customer base.
  • Cooperate and maintain the sales team to achieve overall targets that are given by the company.
  • Periodical update and collaboration with the Head of Business to assist day-to-day activities for achieving collection target of respective account.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to achieve company targets (e.g. Technology, Business, Finance).
  • Ensuring daily visits to the client.
