Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Retails Fabrics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience
- At least 10 years

Retail Store, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- Professional Experience: Above 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the textile or retail fabric industry, with a strong focus on both knit and woven fabrics.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully leading sales teams.
- Expertise in Fabric Qualities: In-depth knowledge of knit and woven fabric characteristics, including their properties, applications, and market trends, enabling informed decision-making and effective client education.
- Fabric Merchandising Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and appeal, driving customer engagement and sales.
- Product Development Collaboration: Experience working closely with product development teams to innovate and refine fabric collections based on market demands and consumer feedback.
- Sales & Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a history of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Costing and Pricing Strategy: Proficiency in analyzing cost structures and developing competitive pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining attractive to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for both knit and woven fabrics, aligning with the company’s vision and market trends to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Expertise in Fabric Qualities: Utilize your deep understanding of fabric qualities to educate clients and internal teams, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our knit and woven products. Champion innovations that enhance fabric performance and appeal.
- Fabric Merchandising: Lead the merchandising efforts for our product lines, ensuring that our fabric collections are presented effectively to resonate with target markets, boost customer engagement, and maximize sales potential.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to create and refine fabric collections that meet market demands. Provide insights based on customer feedback and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Spearhead the execution of sales initiatives, setting ambitious targets and overseeing performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Costing and Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that reflect market conditions, manufacturing costs, and competitive positioning, ensuring profitability while remaining attractive to customers.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions to enhance team expertise in fabric qualities and merchandising techniques.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
