Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase patients and diagnostic service utilization.
Attract & engage top-tier, highly reputed doctors to establish their practice at JG Healthcare, highlighting it’s exceptional facilities and patient care standards.
Identify target markets and potential partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, and insurance companies.
Set and manage sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are met.
Lead the team in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, traditional, and referral-based marketing.
Develop brand positioning and messaging for JG Healthcare to differentiate it from competitors.
Oversee social media, digital marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies to engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
Enhance patient satisfaction and retention through tailored marketing initiatives and patient outreach programs.
Manage, coach, and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous training and development opportunities.
