- Highly knowledgeable on Plots/ Housing & Development business and present market scenario.
- Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning execution.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Must be self motivated and dynamic. Must be target achieved oriented.
- Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets. Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
- To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
