Experience

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 50 years

Applicants must have experience in sales and marketing of food products such as Chanachur, Jhal Muri, Puffed Rice, Fried Peas, Dal Vaja, Chips, Dry Cake, Toast, Mustard Oil and other related items.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales/NSM who has a long experience in sales and marketing of food products.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive growth, market expansion, and align with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Prepare and manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and planning to ensure the availability of products in alignment with market demand.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses and market feedback to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
  • Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve sales performance and efficiency.
