Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and profitability.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for the company’s products.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s market share.

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
