Responsibilities & Context

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve ambitious revenue targets across all Walton Plaza outlets nationwide. You will provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to our regional sales managers and their teams, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with Walton Plaza’s overall business objectives.

Lead and coach regional sales managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Set clear sales goals and quotas for each region and individual sales representatives.

Analyze sales data and identify trends to create targeted sales initiatives.

Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the entire sales force.

Monitor and optimize the sales performance of all outlets nationwide.

Oversee the implementation of effective sales processes and tools.

Represent Walton Plaza at industry events and trade shows.
