Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of service development and quality assurance projects within the CRM department for IT products.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of IT services to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service development with customer expectations.
- Establish and manage robust quality assurance processes for IT products in the CRM department.
- Implement testing methodologies to guarantee the reliability and functionality of services.
- Collaborate closely with IT, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless coordination in service development and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and milestones.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management, showcasing your versatility and dedication.
