Responsibilities & Context
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the textile testing and color-matching solutions industry.
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.·
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team and customers.
- Develop and manage the service department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
