Analytical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Advertising Expertise:

  • Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, including budgeting and optimization.

Creativity:

  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Project Management:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Implementing SEO strategies to amplify reach and brand visibility.
  • Strong understanding of how to create and optimize content for Social Media Platforms while incorporating SEO (Key words, tags, Meta Data) best practices to increase organic traffic and reach.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

  • Define and implement long-term social media strategies to achieve brand, engagement, and revenue goals across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, including content creators, engagement managers, ad specialists, and data analysts.
  • Build a high-performing team that delivers results while fostering creativity and collaboration.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the development of content calendars, ensuring that content aligns with overall marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Ensure content is engaging, innovative, and adheres to brand guidelines.

Advertising and Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, working with the paid media specialists to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with external partners (influencers, agencies) to develop sponsored content and partnerships.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Community Management:

  • Oversee community management efforts, ensuring that the brand is responsive to user queries and feedback across social media channels.
  • Lead strategies to grow and engage online communities.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new content formats, features, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the social media budget, including spending on paid ads, tools, and team resources, while maximizing returns on investment.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
