- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, ideally in roles such as Software Architect or Software Engineer.
- Expertise in Python and Django is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, with a preference for AWS.
- Strong understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience developing and optimizing ETL processes, data flows, and data processing at scale.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, auto-scaling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of technologies in our stack: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Ansible, etc.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the software development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Work closely with the CTO to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives, aligning technical efforts with business objectives
- Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions using Python, Django, and other technologies in our stack, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and scalability requirements.
- Take care of all HR tasks for the team, such as hiring, training, managing leave, and solving any issues that arise. Also, make sure everyone follows the rules.
