Closely collaborate with Compliance, Sourcing and Merchandising teams in guiding them to achieve company’s sustainability goal.
Develop organizational sustainability strategy in line with stakeholders.
Provide necessary guidance and support to monitor and measure progress against all sustainability strategies, objectives and performance targets.
Accountable to achieve sustainability targets of material sourcing including energy, water, waste, chemicals achieve this by working with key stakeholders (suppliers & buyers).
Analyze sustainability data collected by compliance, sourcing & merchandising teams and prepare in compliance with GRI standard.
Analyzing and monitoring sustainable areas like natural resource usage and recycling, educating people on the importance of sustainability initiatives.
Ensure buyer compliance requirements are met through a systematic approach to improve performance.
Develop innovative approaches to organizational sustainability challenges.
Manage all external stakeholder facing communication on sustainability.
Provide educational and training support to all internal teams on industry relevant sustainability topics, such as sustainable materials, sustainable innovations and circular design etc.
Any other task as assigned by management.
