Job Responsibilities:
Manage the tourist visa application process for various destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Thailand.
Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countries.
Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out and fees are paid as required.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite visa approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Conduct thorough review and verification of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, denials, and related correspondence for documentation and reporting purposes.
Handle escalated cases or complex visa applications, employing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
