PGD in Graphics Design will be preferable.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Continuously inspire and guide the team, fostering a dynamic and innovative content creation environment.
Strong expertise in content research and creative analytics tools.
Proficient in Meta, TikTok ads, and other paid media networks, leveraging them effectively for content promotion.

Comprehensive understanding of video editing, graphic design, and content creation processes.
Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and market dynamics, staying ahead of the curve to keep content relevant and engaging.
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Ability to manage and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring team productivity and project success.
Proven experience in team development, mentoring, and performance management.

Responsibilities & Context

Provide visionary direction to video editors and graphic designers, ensuring innovative and cohesive visual outputs.
Define the theme, style, and visual approach for various projects, aligning with brand objectives and target audience.
Select and recommend impactful videos from diverse sources, tailoring them for sales-focused content creation.
Develop compelling sales-driven content by integrating the right videos and graphics.
Oversee and manage the creative team’s workflow, setting clear timelines and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Uphold bdCalling’s brand image and messaging in all creative outputs, maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct detailed reviews of videos and graphics, providing constructive feedback and directing necessary adjustments.
Develop new content ideas and creative strategies that enhance sales and engagement.
Determine content strategy by analyzing market trends and customer needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of creative projects with other departments.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of team talents and skills.
Lead team development initiatives, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.
Manage team performance, providing regular feedback and fostering a high-performance culture.
