Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible to lead the entire workshop including Servicing, Administration, Accounts, Marketing, Customer Service etc.
  • Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.
  • Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.·
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.
  • Evaluate the periodic performance of Engineers/Workers to utilize their effort efficiently.
  • Increasing corporate customer by proper corporate marketing.
  • Screening, recruiting and training new Engineers/Workers.
  • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Ensuring and maintaining the renewal of all type of Workshop License and other required govt. documents properly.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether it is maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure that the team understands that the workshop profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management
  • Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
