Additional Requirements

Responsible to lead the entire workshop including Servicing, Administration, Accounts, Marketing, Customer Service etc.
Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.
Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.·
Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.
Evaluate the periodic performance of Engineers/Workers to utilize their effort efficiently.
Increasing corporate customer by proper corporate marketing.
Screening, recruiting and training new Engineers/Workers.
Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
Ensuring and maintaining the renewal of all type of Workshop License and other required govt. documents properly.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether it is maintain quality standards.
Ensure that the team understands that the workshop profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management
Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
