Skill and Competencies:

2 years experience in relevant field.
Experience in providing support to health care teams will be an added value.
Previous experience of working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be considered as an advantage.
High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas.
Excellent computer operating knowledge specially MS Office, email with typing speed at least 25wpm.

Responsibilities:

Activities:

Meet and greet each and every patient.
Distribute serial tokens and maintain patient queue.
Perform patient registration and data entry in a correct manner.
Ensure all service entries in the software.
Provide day to day support activity of the hospital.
Provide logistical support.
Help Project Manager to keep various reports.
Guide the patient to pharmacy and other service points.
Escort patient to relevant service points.
Maintain sock of logistic items and update it monthly basis.
Raise purchase requisition for stationery, logistics, patient prescription cards etc.
Deal with patients politely and maintain professional relationships with patients.
Maintain departmental quality checklist.
Appropriately follow safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization.
