Advocate with At least 02 (two) Years’ Experience in the High Court and 02 years in the District Court:

Haque and Karim Legal Consortium, an Eskaton based Law Firm, Headed by Barrister Ziaul Haque Sarker, Advocate, Appellate Division, is looking for HIGH COURT DIVISION ENROLLED Advocates mainly for the following job responsibilities:·

• Conferencing with the clients for details initial information, receive documents and follow-up for the preparing a case;
• Doing relevant research, Drafting petition/case for High Court and District court matters;
• Drafting opinion under guidance on various legal issues;
• Appearing before High Court, District Court, Land tribunals, Labour Court on the assigned cases;
• Co-ordinates with the Govt. office such as RJSC etc.

  Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in litigation work in the High Court Division and 02 years in the Lower Court is required.

  Salary: Negotiable.

  03 months probationary period.

  Other benefits will be provided after the period of probation. Performance Bonus will be offered after 06 months/earlier if eligible.
