Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the high school level in an English medium setting.
- Strong knowledge of high school-level mathematics or chemistry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve academic success.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students in English medium (Class 6 to A Levels).
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school management.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the principal or vice principal.
