A well reputed “Highway  Restaurant” is looking for an experienced individual for the position of “Supervisor”

Responsibilities & Context

  • The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the Highway Restaurant situated in Chattogram-Cox’s Bazar Highway,

  • Oversee daily operations of the highway restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Must have proper contact with A/C and Non A/C Buses and other transport companies to ensure their passengers arrive and dine in the Highway Restaurant regularly.

  • Must have proper contact with restaurant workforce and ability to source and recruit restaurant staffs, including Waiters, Chefs, Cleaners etc.

  • Must have good contact with corporate houses to organize corporate programs in the restaurant regularly

  • Must have proper knowledge on purchase requirements of the highway restaurant and must be able to plan and forecast groceries and other materials requirements to ensure smooth dining of the guests of the restaurant. Must coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of inventory.

  • Must be able to minimize the cost of the restaurant by maintaining optimal level of workforce, reduce excess purchase or wastage of food and raw materials and ensure efficiency and profitability of the restaurant.

  • Ensure inventory management and kitchen efficiency with proper monitoring.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, food quality and food and other safety regulations.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue across all locations.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Implement marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
