Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry
Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 32 years
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures .
Good understanding of laboratory safety and sample-handling procedures.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills, particularly MS Word ,Excel Python / AI.
Ability to maintain clear and accurate laboratory records.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently .
Willingness to learn new laboratory techniques and research methods.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Research Assistant, to support our laboratory research Qc activities. The successful candidate will assist with laboratory experiments, Qc,sample preparation, data collection, documentation, equipment handling, and day-to-day research activities.
Job Location will be “HMBR Tools and Chemicals Ltd” Road#01, Holding#13, Ward#40, Kudabo, Mirerbazar, Pubail ,Gazipur.
Assist researchers and laboratory scientists in planning and conducting laboratory experiments.
Prepare laboratory samples, reagents, solutions, media, and other materials according to approved protocols.
Collect, label, process, preserve, and store research samples properly.
Perform routine laboratory tests and experimental procedures under appropriate supervision.
Operate laboratory instruments and equipment according to SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, measurements, and test results.
Enter, organize, and analyze laboratory and research qc data.
Assist in preparing research qc reports, tables, graphs, presentations, and scientific documentation.
Follow laboratory SOPs, research protocols, quality-control procedures, and ethical requirements.
Maintain proper laboratory cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
Handle chemicals, biological samples, and laboratory waste safely and according to applicable procedures.
Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Monitor laboratory supplies, reagents, consumables, and equipment inventory.
Report equipment problems, experimental abnormalities, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Assist with quality assurance and quality-control activities when required.
Maintain confidentiality of research data, samples, and project information.
Assist with literature searches and preparation of research-related documents.
Work collaboratively with researchers, laboratory staff, technicians, and other project team members.
Perform other research and laboratory-related duties assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal .
