  • Ability to work under pressure and utilize time effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To oversee the total operations of the hotel.
  • To deliver hotel budget and set short and long term strategic goals.
  • To ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Preparing subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget and Marketing & Sales Plan.
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services.
  • To hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
  • Maximizing room yield and hotels revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
  • To manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Overseeing and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
  • Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
  • Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
  • Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
  • Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the management.
