Additional Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of practical work experience in hotel or resort operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage teams effectively.
Sound knowledge of hotel/resort software or digital systems (e.g., PMS, POS).
Marketing sense or experience in guest engagement strategies will be considered an added privilege.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Must be proactive, disciplined, and service-oriented.
Should be able to create staff training modules and conduct internal training sessions.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be highly valued.

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the resort ensuring a smooth and guest-focused environment.·
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), service policies, and quality assurance protocols.·
Lead, train, and motivate staff in guest service, housekeeping, room service, and front desk management.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns or complaints.
Coordinate effectively between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain budget control and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Assist in marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns to attract and retain guests (added advantage).
Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements or innovations in service.
