Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently,

while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for training and developing staff, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel.
