Responsibilities & Context
NAK Tower Flat Owners Association for its own building located in the House# 554, Road # 9, Baitul Aman Housing Society, Adabor, Dhaka-1207. The House Manager is mainly responsible to provide over support to different offices located in this building and maintain financial records and transaction with bank and communicate with flat owners.
Job descriptions:
- Collection of common gas, electrify, WASA, telephone, security, garbage bill etc. from flat owner/leaser and make payment the bill to the respective office on time.
- Perform transaction with bank as when required.
- Maintain books of expenditure and income records/book of accountants.
- Maintain bill collection and payments records.
- Supervise the day to day duty of security guards and cleaner.
- Ensure and maintain visitor’s register.
- Maintain left and maintain left schedule timing.
- Maintain parking place.
- Ensure security of the building through security guards. Communicate with Flat Owners.
- Perform other related duties assigned by Flat Owners.
