Education
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (flexible for highly experienced candidates)
Experience
- At least 10 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
• At least 10 years working experience as House Manager/ Caretaker of any reputable house in Dhaka city preferably in Gulshan /Banani / Baridhara area.
• Must be physically fit.
Responsibilities & Context
• Ensuring overall safety of Owner’s House (such as ensuring safety through the guidance of security guards).
• To ensure, that all the vehicles used in Owner’s House are being maintenance properly.
• Proper management of security guards, drivers, cleaners, gardeners and other staff working in Owner’s House.
• Overseeing whether all kinds of payable bills (public and private) in Owner’s House are being paid on time.
• Fix any problems with electrical lines, water lines, gas lines, swimming pools, showers and bathrooms inside and outside of the house as directed by the appropriate authorities.
• Overseeing procurement any kinds of household goods if instant needed.
• Maintaining official correspondence.
• Conduct all administrative work under the direction of the authority.
• Any other tasks assigned by the authority.
