Responsibilities & Context

Train, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff on advanced cleaning techniques and the use of state-of-the-art cleaning equipment.

Ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene protocols, specifically tailored to high-end properties.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of cleaning protocols appropriate for luxurious complexes, ensuring the safe and effective use of all cleaning agents.

Conduct routine inspections to verify that all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Manage housekeeping schedules, and monitor staff performance, offering feedback and additional training as needed.
