Responsibilities & Context

The Housing Planning Architect position entails leading the design, planning, and execution of large-scale Condominium projects. This senior role requires expertise in Real-estate architecture, project management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant large scale projects..

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design for Condominium Projects.
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
• Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Stay informed about Real-estate trends and technological advancements.
• Propose innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Requirement:
• Travel to project sites to assess and analyze conditions, ensuring that designs are feasible and optimized for the location.
• Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
