Responsibilities & Context
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.
Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, daily attendance, Increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and job separation process, etc.
Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
Take disciplinary actions and handle complaints & grievances.
Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for a smooth work process.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
