5+ years in an HR leadership role, managing a team of direct reports.
6+very good understanding of BD labor law & updated with several compliance aspects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills & good planning and organizational skills.

Exemplary communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence.
Experienced in implementing standard COC, compliance practices and buyer standard decentralized culture-driven work environments.

Responsibilities & Context

We seek an experienced individual for the role of HR, Admin & Compliance Manager. Nannu Spinning Mills Limited, a sister concern of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented Spinning initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 ton/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meter/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.
Factory’s HR, compliance, and administration. Should be well versed labor laws, labor rules, and HR regulations, particularly as they pertain to the garment industry. Proficient in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord – Alliance requirement, QMS, BSCI, SEDEX audit, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX. Work closely with upper management on HR and administrative concerns. Play a leading role the recruiting process for all types of staff/workers, including preparing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting candidates with ratings, conducting interviews, developing interview guidelines, and checking references, among other things. Plan, policy, procedure, and guidelines linked to HR and administration should be developed and implemented. Ascertain that proper staffing levels are in place. Guide the HR Team in delivering standard HR services for the industries of specified sector(s) within the framework of policy and procedures. Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees. Provide assistance for the professional development activities of all staff categories. Oversee the HR and Admin team and supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs. Maintain records and generate statistical reports on personnel-related information such as hires, transfers, and performance evaluations. Ability to design strategic policy and processes in the areas of administration, human resources, and compliance Must ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct. Engage in executive, management, and staff meetings, as well as other meetings and seminars. Handle buyer compliance problems effectively, and adhere to legal and ethical codes of conduct. Create, practice, monitor and review of HR manual / policy in the organization. Perform any additional duties assigned by the executive team.
