Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and organize company events and training sessions.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
