Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and organize company events and training sessions.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
