Responsibilities & Context

For an HR & Admin Intern at 4Beats, the responsibilities might include:

HR Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

– Assisting in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

– Coordinating with candidates and supporting the onboarding process.

2. Employee Data Management:

– Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

– Assisting with employee documentation like contracts, performance evaluations, etc.

3. Training and Development:

– Helping organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

– Tracking employee participation in training programs.

4. Employee Engagement:

– Assisting in employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.

– Supporting internal communication efforts such as newsletters.

5. Compliance and Policies:

– Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

– Assisting with the development and updating of policies and procedures.

Admin Responsibilities:

1. Office Management:

– Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence and coordinating meetings.

– Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment.

2. File and Documentation Management:

– Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both digital and physical).

– Assisting with documentation, filing, and retrieval of official documents.
