Responsibilities & Context
- Recruitment and staffing: Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Onboarding and orientation: Ensuring new employees are properly introduced to the organization, its policies, and procedures.
- Training and development: Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Performance management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Compensation and benefits: Administering employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- HR policy development and implementation: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Office management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Administrative support: Providing administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to employees, finances, and other administrative matters.
- Document management: Managing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Office policies and procedures: Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a safe working environment.
- Policy compliance: Monitoring and enforcing compliance with internal policies and procedures, including those related to ethics, safety, and security.
- Risk management: Identifying potential areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
- Must have experience in EPZ zone area in the same post minimum of 12-15 years of job experience.
