• Practical experience with social compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Kattali Textile Limited (KTL)—a reputed and growing RMG manufacturer—is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and elevate our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and a hands-on approach to workforce development in the RMG industry.

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
• Manage HR documentation, audits, and social compliance readiness with experience in handling Nirapon, Better Work, Wrap, and Sedex.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with the company’s values and production goals.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Design and implement training and development programs to upskill staff and improve retention.
• Foster a positive, safe, and efficient working environment across all departments.
• Support production teams and management in achieving manpower efficiency and labor stability.
