Responsibilities & Context

Sales Force Performance Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate individual and team-level performance across sales channels.
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas using KPIs such as lead conversion, cross-sell ratios, and product penetration.
• Develop performance dashboards and scorecards for leadership review.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align performance outcomes with business objectives./

Branch Performance Analysis

• Analyze performance metrics at the branch level including deposits, loans, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Benchmark branch performance across geographies and segments.
• Provide data-driven insights to support resource allocation and performance improvement plans.
• Support periodic business reviews with analytical inputs.

Productivity & Efficiency Metrics

• Track key productivity indicators such as sales per FTE, no. of CIF onboarding, customer handling efficiency.
• Build models to forecast productivity trends and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Recommend best practices to improve efficiency in branch and field operations.

Incentive Calculation & Administration

• Design and maintain incentive calculation models based on performance KPIs.Coordinate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payout processing.
• Perform periodic incentive simulations and impact analysis to support program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines in incentive structures.
• Execute reward programs based on sales performance and manage performance improvement plan, if needed.
