Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the UAE.
- Valid passport with a minimum of six months remaining validity.
- International work experience is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of visa documentation processes and UAE regulations.
- Languages: Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities & Context
A reputed multinational organization, is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage HR and administrative functions effectively in a dynamic environment.
Workplace: Work at office in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Laws and other relevant regulations.
- Employee Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Administrative Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Visa & Work Permits: Oversee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Business Licensing: Assist in renewing and updating trade licenses and other permits for operations.
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and mediate disputes as per company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee data and prepare business reports.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to foster employee growth and compliance.
