  • Master’s degree in HRM or any subject with a PGD in HRM.

Experience

  • At least 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Bengali.

  • Able to maintain software-based HRM .

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintaining of HRM and Administrative files.
  • Recruitment of new staff, preparing job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Payroll management including other benefits.
  • Oversee employee health, safety, and welfare.
  • Organize staff training programs.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance.
  • Institutional strengthening with required policies, acts, and regulations.
  • Verify candidates’ right to work.
  • Address disciplinary and performance issues.
  • Negotiate salaries, contracts, and redundancy packages.
  • Manage office supplies stock.
  • Organize Executive Committee meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Organize Staff meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Organize events and maintain corporate calendar.
  • Handle important and confidential documents.
  • Manage NACOM’s databases.
  • Create regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Manage correspondence, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
  • Prepare Annual Reports of NACOM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by NACOM Management.
