Education

  • BBA/MBA from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements

  • 1-2 year’s experience in talent acquisition preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office and tech-savvy
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions

Responsibilities & Context

The position of HR Associate/Trainee – Talent Acquisition plays an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging the right talent for our clients in the apparel industry. The incumbent will collaborate with our associates, consultants, and relevant client officials to understand their requirements and develop effective talent sourcing strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and collaborate with client organization
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database
  • Provide regular reports and updates
