Responsibilities & Context
The position of HR Associate/Trainee – Talent Acquisition plays an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging the right talent for our clients in the apparel industry. The incumbent will collaborate with our associates, consultants, and relevant client officials to understand their requirements and develop effective talent sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and collaborate with client organization
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date database
- Provide regular reports and updates
