Requirements
Education
• 4 years of bachelor’s degree in administration / human resources management / business management or related studies.
Experience

- At least two (02) years of experience in personnel administration management or related field.
- Previous experience in INGO is essential, MSF experience will be an advantage
- Rosters management experience are desirable.
- Experience with HR software is desirable.
- Supervision of a small team is desirable
Language : English, Bangla and Chittagonian / Rohingya language are essential
Knowledge : Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365) is essential.

Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate international staff arrivals and departures, including visa run/break/visa renewal etc for coordination IMS, and support the HRM of the projects for the same.
- Organize briefings and debriefings of IMS in Coordination
- Follow internal flights and book domestic flights
- Communicate and follow up on all movements from coordination to the projects, ensuring the movement tracker is regularly updated.
- Supervise the payroll process in Coordination, checking the list of employees and amounts payable (variable pay, taxes, social securities contributions, etc.) in order to ensure accuracy and on time payroll payment.
- Prepare International staff perdiem and liaise with finance
- Organize the allocation of rooms in the guest house in Coordination
- Do monthly inventory checks for hygiene, household and stationary items. Fill and follow-up on the internal request for Coordination HR team
- Supervise the cook and cleaners
- Compile the mission HR Sitrep and organigram (receive from the projects and fill in the Coordination part). Analyse the Sitrep and inform HRco of any important information.
- Create yearly roster for the project under supervision of Deputy HRco
- Create HR tools or templates upon delegation of PAM/HRco
- Organize and follow-up on Coordination recruitments under supervision of Deputy HRco
- Organize Local Staff onboarding in Coordination
- Present and explain contract terms and the content of Internal regulation (rights and obligations) to newly recruited personnel in order to ensure legal compliance and local integration.
- Prepare Coordination payroll under supervision of the PAM
- Support organization of disciplinary processes in coordination (draft letters, call the staff for hearing, etc) upon request of HR Coordinator
- Coordinate Daily Worker procedure in Coordination when needed, under supervision of Deputy HRco
- Ensure the employee physical files are complete in Coordination
- Support the preparation of cash request and BFU for Coordination, in collaboration with HRco and other departments
- Gap filling of PAM when on leave
- Take on any other tasks delegated by PAM/HRco/Dep HRco
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary according to MSF salary grid (Level 7) BDT 78000,
Two (2) annual leave days per month worked.
