Requirements

Job Context

  • Entrust Group, a reputed 100% Export oriented RMG Manufacturer of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of HR Coordinator for its Head Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment/talent hunting process to attract and hire qualified candidates, preparing and publishing vacancy circular, developing & preparing written questionnaire, leading interview, etc.

  • Review existing policies & create new policies align with Organizational strategy, HR Vision and strategy.

  • Act as a custodian of organizations all policies & employees personal files related to Head Office HR.

  • Act on HR – Planning, Development & Training, Employment Management, Leave Management, Final Settlement, Motivational Process etc.

  • Defining/setting KPI’s for all departmental employees especially mid and senior management employees and prepare performance report based on their set KPI.

  • Act on foreign travel management of Top Management & foreign Expat.6.   Oversee the smooth transition of employees leaving the organization, ensuring final payments & clearances are processed correctly and on time.

  • Co-ordinate exit interviews to gather feedback & insights from departing employees to improve relation & organizational practices.

  • Co-ordinate management meeting among different departments of head office and factory, prepare meeting minutes, circulate the minutes and follow up the progress of the decision and submit report to the top management based on the progress.
